Spring Has Sprung

Stripe cotton tees (Old Navy), Button down shirt (H&M), Heels (Cathy Jean), Lipsticks - 970 Purty Persimmon & 903 C Just Peachy (Wet N Wild)

Here are a few items that I purchased over the month of March. I needed a few basic pieces for the spring and summer, so opted for these two basic tees from old navy and a short sleeve button down from H&M. With the warmer months approaching, I had to pick up a pair of nude patent leather pumps. They look great with any outfit and the neutral palette looks amazing with bright colors. To top off my recent purchases, I picked up two new Wet N Wild lipsticks from Walgreen's. A trend for this Spring is definitely a bold orange lip, so I went for this nice matte orange shade in 970 Purty Persimmon. The other shade I picked up was Just Peachy 903 C, which is a great color for everyday wear. I look forward to styling these basic pieces with my Spring and Summer wardrobe. Thanks for stopping by! Winter White

 

Sweater (Banana Republic/Thrifted), Vest (Gap/Thrifted), Jeans (Old Navy), Heels (Cathy Jean)

I absolutely love whites in the winter! That old rule that whites cannot be worn after Labor day is thrown out the window. A nice pair of white jeans can transform any look. I paired my white jeans with a nice oatmeal colored sweater from Banana Republic and on top I threw on my favorite blue jean vest from Gap. This simple fashion find came together quite nicely. Casual Fatigue

Pants (H&M), Shirt (H&M), Blue Jean Shirt (Forever 21), Heels (Cathy Jean), Watch (Anne Klein), Rings (Forever 21)

Nothing says the weekend like a casual outfit. I love to be comfortable on the weekend, so I threw this effortless look together to kick it around in. I paired a pair of fatigue green pants with a simple black and white stripe shirt and on top I went for a stone wash blue jean shirt.
